Underground Utilities Industry Breakfast
Thursday, March 19, 2026 | 7:30–9:00 AM
Laramie County Community College | Cheyenne, WY
Event Overview
The Wyoming Construction Coalition is hosting an Underground Utilities Industry Breakfast to bring together contractors, utility providers, public agencies, and industry partners for a focused, solutions-oriented conversation.
This invitation-based breakfast is designed to create space for open dialogue around shared challenges, communication gaps, and opportunities to improve coordination related to underground utilities across Wyoming. Rather than formal presentations, the event emphasizes discussion, listening, and collaboration among those working directly in the field.
The morning will begin with a moderated panel discussion offering perspectives from multiple sides of the industry, followed by an open, facilitated conversation with all attendees. Insights gathered during the discussion will help inform future conversations and initiatives.
This breakfast also serves as the first of three underground utilities events planned for 2026.
